Part 1.
Max was on a date with a young lady he met at the speed dating. Her
name was Rackel. A 38 year old women with a stable job and 3 kids from her
previous marriage.
They entered the restaurant.
Rackel. Isnt it beautiful in here.
Max. yes it is.
Max looked at her and took a little while to realise that she was
nothing compared to the real love of his life, Steph.
They look at the menu and they order their meal. They talk for a
while, then in comes a very drunk Steph with a very drunk Alex.
Steph. oh hello maxi boy.
Max. Hi steph, alex.
Alex. Hellooooooooooo
Max. This is my date rackel.
Max. Rackel, this is Steph and Alex.
Rackel. Hello. (she said this in a very smug way, steph notices
this and max notices Steph's jealous face.)
A little later Rackel makes her way to the toilets. She is unaware
that steph is following her. Steph walks in and overhears Rackel on her mobile.
She is talking to her husband. Steph waits outside the cubicle for her.
Rackel walks out.
Rackel. oh hi steph.
Steph grabs Rackel and warns her not to mess with Max.
Steph. So your married.
Rackel. Yes, I just wanted a bit of fun. Just one night of fun.
Steph. Max isnt like that love. So I think you better be leaving.
Rackel. Well Max is the kind of sucker that would have a one
night.........
before she got a chance to say, ....stand. Steph had hit her slap
bang in the face.
Rackel. you are good mates with max, arnt you.
Steph. yeah i am.
Rackel walks out with blood dripping from her lip.
Steph follows.
Max. oh my good what happened.
Rackel. she just hit me.
Max. what........
Steph. yes, i hit her, do you want to know why....
Max. why.
Steph. because shes married.
Max. what, are you?
Rackel. yes, i am.
max walks out and steph chases after him.
Part 2.
Steph. wait up Max.
Max. Steph, im fine.
Steph. no your not, look im so sorry i hit her. but........
Max. no, i'm glad you hit her.
Steph. you could do alot better max.
Max. really.
Steph. Yeah. you could do so much better than that two timing piece
of work.
Part 3.
Steph. yes you could do alot better.
max. what... like you?
Steph. what, im better than her, but she is really pretty.
Max. yeah, but your 100 times better than her steph. Your
beautiful.
Max leans over towards steph and goes to kiss her.
Steph stops him.
Steph. are you going to kiss me because you like me or because your
upset about Rackel.
Max. Sorry, i shouldnt take advantage of you, your very drunk.
Steph. dont be sorry, i want you to kiss me, if you like me and not
because you were cheated on.
Max. I have been thinking about you for so long. I really like you.
Steph. I like you too, to be honest im glad im drunk.
Max. why.
Steph. because i can tell you that i think im in love with you
without feeling to embarresed.
Max. what.. your in love with me..
Steph. I'm afraid i am, sorry if i have embarresed you, but have
felt like this for a very long time.
Max. really.
Steph. Yeah
Part 4.
Max. do you meen that, or is the drink talking.
Steph. I swear i meen it. I love you.
Max. I love you too.
They both go in for the passionate snog and finally part about 7
mins later.
The soft kiss was stopped as boyd called out to his dad.
Boyd. Dad, how could you.
Boyd ran away and max and steph followed. Boyd had gone home. Steph
thought it was best if she left max to it and she went home.
The Next Morning.
Max was out getting his paper when steph appeared from the garage
in her pj's.
Max. hello.
Steph. Hi,
Max. why did you sleep in there.
Steph. I was locked out and i had to sleep in there instead.
Max. You should have come over and stayed at mine.
Steph. Look max, I dont think it's such a good idea me and you.
Max. why.
Steph. Boyd. He was so upset last night. I cant bear being the
wicked witch max.
Max. but you told me you love me.
Steph. Max i do, with all my heart, but like i said i dont want to
be the one that breaks you and boyd up. Im sorry.
Max. Steph dont do this.
Steph. Max i have to.
Max turns and walks away steph runs over to libby's and burst's
into the door.
Libby. whats wrong mate.
Steph. you know i told you what happened last night.
Libby. yeah.
Steph. well i broke it off with max because i didnt want to be the
one to make boyd upset.
Steph bursts into tears and libby opens her arms and gives her a
well needed hug. Libby looks over the road and notices max looking over. He has
seen Steph crying, but he feels like doing exactly the same himself.
