Once apon a time there was a school of photography called Farout-Visual in the land of Tel-Aviv. And in this school was an instructor called Asaf Holzberg. Now it so happens Asaf had never been to Ireland, had an urge to go but didn't want to go alone ... so he took us along for the ride.

'T' - 7 Days; Friday, November 7, 2003

Every expedition requires preparations. Ours too. This is our first meeting at Farout-Visual. Exactly one week before our departure.

Introductions;

  • Michal, almost 18, Rishon-LeTzion, likes to dance but doesn't drink beer. Adult self confidence beyond the scope of her years.

  • Ron, 24, Kfar-Saba, hi-tech programmer, runs algorythms in his head, currently a student at Farout-Visual.

  • Orit, arrived late, Petach-Tikva, previously in hi-tech, still not sure weather to join and won't reveal her age.

  • Mysterious Michal, 28, works with handicapped kids and can't get away for group meetings.

  • And Asaf, our instructor, with a very adventurous background.

  • I'm part of a PHOTOGRAPHY EXPEDITION! Cool!
