March 21,2005 In the ensuing months I am going to make a greater commitment to this site as summer approaches and I have more time. Currently when I get to the computer I do Direct Action for Amnesty International on behalf of political prisoners. I have also recently emailed many USA leaders concerning the Terri Schiavo issue. I am definitely in favor of her survival as many may be able to deduce. I would also like to confront Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger over my condition. There is a relationship to Heinrich Himmler here in the manner where he used auto exhaust to experiment on gassing prisoners. May 3, 2005 I am currently residing in Big Pine, California. I am attempting under conditions of adversity to ad information regarding my situation and Human Rights writ large as time and resources permit. I have lived in Mendocino which otherwise is a reputable location in Northern California save for our circumstances. I was is Mendocino last directly before 9-11. July 5, 2005 I have moved north to Crescent City, California for the summer there was a huge earthquake here and tsunami warning. I was at the beach when the quake, a 7.2 struck. I did not feel a thing nor was evacuated. I was standing in a redwood tree grove. I heard the siren and saw the local police evacuate the local housing along the coast. Only eight thousand persons live here. Superintendent Chaffinch was removed from position in the Delaware State Police June 4, 2005. I predicted that this would occur by last Christmas. I am also a member of Amnesty International Direct Action. I act as an individual and blog cases that this NGO organization advocates. A person that is advocated will end up with about five pages of google searches from various chapters. This is a good thing. YOU HAVE MY PERMISSION TO REPOST THIS SITE. August 3, 2005 This is my 44th birthday. I am in Crescent City California until October 1, 2005 unless something non-normative happens. There was a 7.2 earthquake as I had mentioned earlier here. Forest fires are common in this region and this could force an early exit. There is a total polarization as to the real history of this event. This is event is known as AKBAR. This is an Islamic word for ALLAH. I had testified about this in my court cases before 9-11. I thought of it as no more than any other code name the military or the police come up with at the time. This website has been increasing dramatically over the last month. It is the second most important site against the powereality site but emerging fast. On this site I am developing the cases that are presented on the court records on this site. There have been recent terror attacks in Great Britain while I have been in Northern California. I believe that a shift to national security is what will dominate social policy for all most all modern nation states. What is unique in this event is that personal well being as physical and spiritual psychological fitness will most likely impact the survival of either myself or this defacto operation. I am 5 foot 10 inches tall and weigh 157 lbs. This is 1/2 shorter than years past and perhaps two pounds heavier than I would wish. The latter is due to a bad ankle and shoulder that is healing. LAPD and the Baltimore Studio weigh in about 250 lbs each and are over 47 years average. August 28, 2005 I am returning to Big Pine from Crescent City. I am in Alturas. Hurricane Katrina is due to strike New Orleans tomorrow. Conversely there are persons streaming through town heading to the Burning Man festival in Nevada which starts tomorrow. I will be on half time on the computer for the next few months as I re-situate back in Inyo County. September 29, 2005 I have been spending what time I have blogging. The response here is encouraging. I have increased the total hits of the sites to over 25,000 per month. This is not easy and causes much red eye effort. I will begin to focalize more on the presidencies for the last four terms in the future. Currently Los Angeles is on fire again. President Bush is weaker footing after Tom Delay R - Texas has been indicted. I will increase pressure also on Governor Schwarzenegger. He too is becoming more vulnerable as he miscalculates his manipulations. I hope to also develop more of a digital approach with some music and some photos if opportunity presents such. I am encouraged by the growth of computing worldwide and this may be to my advantage as I am definitely concerned with a consistent world view on human rights. I have also this day engaged United States Attorney General Alberto Gonzales over prosecution and the colour of November 7, 2005 The Bush administration has issued the most twisted doublespeak on torture. The President states that the United States does not use torture. Vice-president Cheney states that the CIA should be exempt from legislation proposed by Senator McCain R AZ. Such would ban 'cruel and unusual treatment'. The army would be bound to a printed manual containing he minimum norms expected. This is true Homeland Security. The substantive guarantee of treatment, not the ability to project power and keep the enemy off the native soil. This administration and the three previous have done nothing to address lapses in the culture, law enforcement and the court. I will divide material into component websites in the beginning of the new year. law. December 1, 2005 I am currently in Yuma AZ for the interim. I will travel today towards Joshua Tree National Park. I have moved the maim site to a Frontpage location. This site is developed on Frontpage. December 28, 2005 Happy Holidays! This is the last post for the year. I would like to thank everyone that has supported me in any capacity in the past year and beyond. April 18, 2006 would make the 20th year anniversary for the defacto house arrest program. This is not including the scorched earth which would occur on June 17, 2007. This would be near Queen's Day for those in the United Kingdom. This is also the anniversary for the United States Constitution. This is also the day that the Washington Post broke Watergate. They are no where to be found on this issue. Cronyism is the style for the day. Jack Anderson who has legendary status in investigative reporting has died recently and he has no known comments on this event to my knowledge. I never quite understood the Citizen Kane myth. Realism has its hard knocks. The idealism of the United States in and the human race is more of an abstraction than something that is tangible.
