February 2, 2006 I hope all have had a happy holidays. I am about to exit the Salton Sea area of California. I have been lucky here. It has not rained in two months. The temperature is 80 degrees. This is no doubt the best winter weather outside of perhaps the Florida Keys. As you may have noticed I am downsizing do to quality, time, and cash concerns. I believe it is in my best interest to move to a direct action platform which is back to the courts. I have filed three County Grand Jury complaints which is permissible in California. They are in Del Norte and San Luis Obispo counties. The recent crowding out of the Iraq War, War on Terror, Hurricane Katrina, and United States corruption scandals have provided me with a small aperture to gain a marginal benefit. I am totally sure at this point in time that homo sapiens has no moral conscience under than individual survival and hedonistic pleasure. I have to choice but to judge history from the concrete. Hamas has won a landslide in Israeli elections. I support the creation of a Palestinian State and definitely the right of Israel to exist within it's borders. In the ensuing months look for websites concerning the counties mentioned and College of the Redwoods and Cuesta College. I have attended these two junior colleges and it was not pretty. One has to seriously question the legitimacy of the human race. The escalated level of double standards is focalized here. Bishop has perhaps five thousand residents. The county is now slightly past 20,000 residents. Corruption in thorough at every level of society. The crime rate is low and so is the AIDS rate. This will not prevail. The Owen's Valley is isolated from the rest of the state and country to a degree. This is a interesting cultural boundary problem. This is not the worst place but will favor localisms over anything else if the choice is given. Here we have different beginning axiologies attempting to converge into social justice. LAPD will simply disagree with whatever I say simply because it is me that is saying it. They are lovers of themselves and have had a system of cronyism based strictly on supporting such in place for them to operate in lieu of constitutional government. One will have to demonstrate direct evidence as mentioning my name to or directly intervening to remedy these horrible external conditions of scorched earth and electronic surveillance. March 2, 2006 I have initiated a complaint against College of the Redwoods, California. Marshall Drummond is the Chancellor of the system. I have also attempted advocating the murder of Hare Krishna devotee Hladini devi dasi. Senator Dianne Feinstein D- CA has suggested she might be able to contact federal agencies concerning this brutal act by Prince Johnson in the Liberia Civil War circa 1990. I am also contemplating and will file a civil rights complaint against former United States Attorney General John Ashcroft. He nor the present barrister Alberto Gonzales has done anything to address systematic abuse here domestically while playing the word game on War on Terror detainees and warrantless telephone intercepts. There is also a complaint against the Wal-Mart store in Crescent City, California which is the location of the branch of the junior college in question. Most of this information for the several thousand persons per month that visit these sites. I estimate that I get over 10,000 hits at the very least, are the first to get an objective view from my standpoint. THERE ARE NO PERSONS AUTHORIZED OR CAPACITATED TO REPRESENT ME. One of my instructors at College of the Redwoods stated that lawyers in Crescent City will charge $300 per hour with 60 billable hours per week. The government would end up spending more funds in one day than I even have at my disposal for one year. This is over $10,000. The censorship favors a very basic descriptive documentation with some specialization in law if you can obtain such. This setting and dimension favors creating very basic documents to sworn persons capacitated to fulfill these duties. I argue that the majority of these events are RICO violations which carry a ten year statute of limitation. This has easily occurred. I have spent over $10,000 on cases which for some persons would have now passed statute of limitations. The other consideration is that this is a tremendous blacklisting endeavor and will damage persons and entities by hook or crook. April 17, 2006 I am returning to the east coast this week to see relatives and upgrade equipment. Hopefully I will return to college over the summer. The weather here has broke as far as temperature is concerned but the wind has been merciless for the last two months. I can not get any nothing accomplished. April 28, 2006 I am using my new Hewlett Packard dv1000. It is about twice the IBM A21m. Do not get me wrong. The IBM brand is proven durable. I subject electronic equipment to extreme environs. I pass through areas with 115 degree heat. There was three feet of snow on the ground in Mammoth Lakes when I left. The dust in Inyo County and the Salton Sea area is perhaps the worst in the nation. I am going to slow play the revelation about events at College of the Redwoods on my sites. It is more peaceful now out of Bishop. The only reason I returned at this time was an attempt to procure a license. Things have heated up here concerning documentation. I have to consider how I want to play the residency thing. I will most likely remain based out of Inyo County. My family has a small plot of land that I may use. I have never be to said land in Modoc County. Such lies in the most northwest corner of California. I will most likely just pass through and spend summer near Mt. Shasta. My spirits are up for re-attending college. I must first get dental work done. Delaware is rapidly urbanizing. The shift back to nature will be facilitated by more theoretical work. I am constantly overestimating the limits of environment when such comes to scheduling production. It is taking over one week to reconfigure and transfer files and applications from one computer May 24, 2006 I am now in Alturas, California. I have had a dental filling replaced today which was done by the state. This is fortunate for me as I can focus my resources on a sustainable pattern of human rights. Al Gore has a new movie on global warming and is flush with cash. I have heard that he has 50 million USD from the sale of Google stock. I was very close to attending the annual Amnesty International meeting. I have been a member for nearly ten years. I am coming in from the outside as a conservative in this organization. I have filed several complaint from the College of the Redwoods Community College District to the United States Attorney General regarding this same school but at the Humboldt Campus. Shasta CA Over the years a modest amount of legal records and history have been compiled in various jurisdictions. In regards to isolation the concept og hostaging is invoked. This at a higher level postures me as being dependent on public figures as religious leaders, politicians and commentators, and as well as entertainment figures. The most common figure is the Rev. Every pimp, drug dealer, prostitute, and crook on the lam is holed up there. Nevada has the highest crime rate in the United States. One should go to the USA in the future for further elaboration. The American officials will not deal with this issue or any other matter without jurisdiction. Europe has had a very bitter experience with fascism and the tide is on the rise again. The USA is trapped in the Liberal-Conservative quagmire and the irrationalism can easily exploit this nonsense. The USA is the last country to confront its own Homeland Security apparatus. This event has passed most of the world by. Their are numerous innuendos and slants that are discernable but this is frivolous. There have been many primaries in recent days. The powers that be demonstrate that they will isolate and attempt to run for the door. This is their folly. They are quote cunning as they have the finances and the power to sustain maybe a decade more before I believe a serious collapse may occur. September 28, 2006 Fall River Mills CA The United States Congress today is taking action on the human rights of enemy combatants. I argue that these persons should be treated no different than any other detainee in a armed confrontation. I would interpret the United States Constitution in this manner. President Bush & Co. are taking an activist approach to increasing the powers of the presidency similar to the manner in which some judges have pursued under their criticism. The past Congresses since 1987 and this one have all taken a blind eye to this event and it is clear that Democrats, Republicans, and human rights NGOs all desire impunity and the use of duplicity to retain power and promote their agenda. I do not aggrandize either faction but I believe human rights should be predicated on a universal norm not capricious tactics of one government over another. It is hard to say where this issue will end up. This is most likely the United States Supreme Court where the Bush Doctrine is having a rough time. I do not see the court yielding any power to any other branch. October 3, 2006 Alturas CA I am going to leave for Southern California tomorrow. I will have to lay over one day in Reno NV. I will parlay into Bishop once more. There is no bus route that is adequate to Blythe where I am heading. Congressman Foley R-FL has resigned in scandal. I clearly do not support him. He did the correct thing in resigning. I am gradually adding site and position papers. These are only in an outline form but I will state adequate compared to the white wash that is ongoing. Identifying the media that did not cover this epic event surely is the correct thing to do. The real focus is on CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROSECUTION. Overall I would state that I am ashamed of being a part of the cronyism journalism that is virtually all of the for profit media. Culture is used to describe the ideals and behaviors that a group utilizes to perpetuate it's survival. The de facto censorship and sanitization of media space permits LAPD time to invent a false profile of myself. This will harass me in real-time and establish a strawman that will disintegrate under sworn testimony. Principle in this are events that I am a biker. This is duplicit in that I have never owned a motorcycle and have never belonged to a gang. LAPD is damaging law enforcement credibility through the entire event and this is spreading through the culture. The culture is static. Different social settings with different demographics are isolated and various antecedent events as that I pertain to being a biker are placed. This really means gang member here. The average purchaser of a new Harley Davidson earns over $60,000 per annum. The area I am in now probably has a real unemployment rate of 20%. This is the highest in the USA. There is also a racial aspect in play. Arizona has the fourth highest crime rate in the USA. Nevada is number one, Maryland is four and Delaware is 15. A profile of a malingering individual, one who can not develop beyond a juvenile level is also incorporated in these social settings as restaurants, strip malls, and hotels and motels. I do not have a very strong link to the state of Delaware or natural persons that reside there. I moved away around 1980 but have visited during this event known as Akbar. This has been scorched earth. I do not have any affinity for any physical location in the USA. Principle now are San Luis Obispo and Mendocino to a lesser degree.
