Quali came to us at 6 1/2 years old after she had finished her maternal duties. She had been rarely shown but easily became a Champion winning the Hound Group at Crufts in 1998.
She is a real "people dog" and adores visitors and she is very obedient. She has a hand fetish. If she sees anyone's hand she hooks her paw round it and drags it down to her chest for a scratch. Most of her pups have also developed this habit of using their paws like hands to make sure you rub them in just the right place. She has now taught the trick to our other dog, Poppy.

Poppy is definitely not a show dog but she's the most loving dog we have ever had. Cheeky, full of fun; she adores all animals and people and like nothing better than to sit by your side, lean into you and snuggle Her hunting instinct is very strong and she's definitely not a dog to allow to run loose.
