After a long and traumatic Caesarian Section Matthew Edward Shone was born in the early hours of  12th April.   Home at last! After a few days he is finally brought home where he meets his first teddies!   Hot enough for July! July was very hot this year, and poor Matthew had to be stripped to the minimum in order to sleep!   Ready to roll! In September Grandma found this hat that David used to wear as a baby years ago, and to me it looks like he's wearing a crash helmet!   Holding His Own November sees him holding the bottle himself! Katie would never do this!   SShhhhh! January, and he's fast asleep after a hard day's playing!   Hey Handsome, you look familiar! Just learning to stand up   Little Boy Blue The following day he is looking very cute in this blue knitted outfit his grandma bought for him!   At the playgroup A month on he is taken to be weighed at the local playgroup that Katie attends. Here he is lying under a playmat.   August With Effalump! We got a free care pack from Boots and it contained this fluffy blue elephant which was an instant hit with Matthew!   October At 6 months he is on solids, and is seen here enjoying creamed porridge, yummy!   First Christmas! Here he is wearing the hat I had to wear for work. "Dad, it Doesnt quite fit!"   February Feeding Frenzy! If nothing else, he enjoys his food!   HAPPY BIRTHDAY MATTHEW!! Can't believe he's 1 already!
