If the men in any previous generation had talked openly about
their embarrassing experiences, we would not be having problems
now.
ARC is a group of similar thinkers,
dedicated to breaking the phimosis taboos and introducing monitoring
among children. We are not biased for or against circumcision.
At present the simplest way of contacting ARC is by writing to

or disagrees with any of the ideas which are presented.
Parents are especially welcome to write and stimulate thoughts
on prevention. Any personal experiences, or reports from wives,
girl friends, mothers and fathers would all be warmly welcomed.

is the best way to break the old taboos; generate energy on the
subject; and show clearly the relevance of education and monitoring

The anti and the pro circumcision groups have large numbers of doctors
and professors writing on web sites and publishing medical reports
for both of these opposed extremist perspectives - At present the anti
and pro circers have the only "official" voice on this subject...
I would very much appreciate the help of doctors and specialists to
develop discuss or support the ideas. .. If you agree that monitoring,
education and prevention is the correct modern approach on this subject,

What is needed is a change of cultural consciousness about circumcision.
I hope that what I've written is enough to prove the importance of
routinely checking every male child, so that other boys and men don't
have these initiation problems.
