Every year at Twin Rings circuit in Motegi, there is a meeting of Beat owners from all over Japan called "Meet The Beat!", definitely the who's who of the Beat world assemble there for the event. The official homepage can be found here, of course it's in Japanese, but you'll be able to click around to get the dates if you happen to be interested. or just email me and I'll let you have the details. Drawing by Mr. Munehiro Tanaka Mr. Tanaka a famous cartoonist/illustrator was there to give away autographed prints of some of his work. Mr. Tanaka illustrates a very popular 'manga' (comic book) here is Japan titled 'Bolts'n'Nuts', and often draws his characters driving Beats.

TRM has just played host to its first Indy Car race and was still a buzz with the hype of the event. This year unfortunately the weather gods were not smiling on the full-day event with the onset of rain in the afternoon. Even with the forecast of rain, there were approx 400 Beats in attendance.
