Converting Your Video Files
OK guys, just one of the amazing features of P800 is video playback and we all want to use it (we didn't pay all that money for nothing!)
So, I just thouhgt that making a page with lots of pictures will be cool. So here it is.
I want to thank to WoeDee first of all for teaching us what to do.And also webwatcher for that great forum.
So, here we go.
NOTE: If you damage your computer during any of the following processes, don't blame me. I tested the program and it absolutely worked but your computer and my computer are not same thing so be careful. It is not a big deal but hey, we are talking about goddamn computers, anything can happen!
First, programs:
Mpegable x4 : This is the program we will use to convert files. Great stuff but 30-day trial. Don't ask me about cracks, find it yourself, if there is a crack.Click to download Mpegable x4.
Kazaa Lite : Great file-sharing. You'll need if you want videos, great source. Click here for D/L serverlist. Some other language options are also there. NOTE: Kazaa Lite is the spyware-free version of Fasttrack client Kazaa which made a record with more than 60 spywares. I you are interested on filesharing ,check out ZeroPaid.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Download, install, restart and then you are ready.
What you need is an MPEG/AVI file. MAKE A COPY OF IT FIRST, if it is a big or hard-to-download file.

here he is, go get it!

Main window of Mpegable x4. Plain and easy.
1. Select File>Open and browse for your video file, double-click to open it.

2.You will see that settings window changed a little. You can see red and yellow circles. Change Total Bitrate to 200 and Audio Bitrate to 16 KBit/s as shown. After that, proceed to Advanced Settings by clicking Show Advanced button.

3.Our first challange will be Resolution. The maximum resolution that P800 support is 192 x 144 but our video has 352 x 240 values. So by changing the Downsampling Factor (which has x1, x2 and x3 values whose will decrease your resolution respectively) try to get the best-fit resolution. See, know our video will have 176 x 120 sizes. Move to Audio tab.

4.OK, here we will set the audio (how clever I am). Select Mono in Channels section, Same as input in Precision section and 22050 Hz in Sample Rate section. Click on Encoding tab.

5. Thanks God, there is not much work to do, just change the Keyframe Period value to 75 frames. Others will be as shown in the picture, already selected.

6. OK we finished settings, know check everthing and if it is ok, Click to Encode button.

7. Encoding will take the same time with your video's playtime. You can watch the original and the output from the Preview screen. I chose to convert the Vanilla Ice Parody of Jim Carrey, reccomended. You can also see the completed percentage from the bar belov the mainscreen.

Done! Here it is. The original file is 10.3 MB. Know you just have to move it to your P800
I hope this is enough. This is the simplest video encoding guide I guess ;).. Thanks to WoeDee and webwatcher again.
