PAPER SCULPTURE WORKSHOPS

Make Traditional Paper Sculptures in a Half or Full Day Workshop.
These are 3D figures (from 6 inches high up to life size), NOT Papier Mache (Papermache) or Origami.

A list of materials/tools required is provided before the workshop and templates for the easier figures are loaned at the workshop.

One or more figures can be made in a full day.

The ideal event and something different for Flower Arrangers, Flower Festivals, Arts/Crafts Clubs and Church Groups.

Some life size figures are always brought along to workshops and offered for sale or auction.
Christmas Table Decoration workshops are usually quite popular in Autumn.
If you are thinking of organising an Art workshop on any topic not mentioned above, please enquire

WEAVING

I have woven pictures from photographs for many years, including woodland scenes and seascapes which are much more interesting than paintings as thicker wool gives a 3D texture to the weaving. Although weaving is complicated for a workshop, it makes an unusual subject. Examples are always available for demonstrations as the larger ones are not for sale.

An exhibition of my work was held in Doncaster Library some time ago, and all the works for sale were bought.
