This page shows "Ashdown Junction",
our present OO gauge layout
We run a OO layout, Ashdown Junction,
which is a diesel motive power depot with fuelling road and shed, with
space for displaying a wide range of locomotives and other stock.
The main line runs past the front of the depot and there is a branch line at the back. In addition there are the remains of the previous steam shed and turntable, now taken over by a steam preservation society, providing further variety of engines on-shed and being serviced for main line tours. We are able to run modern image diesel and steam as well as preservation trains. |
