Coastal run a number of routes in the area inlcuding a long winding Northiam to Hastings Route via Rye and Hastings Conquest Hospital, Coastal have introduced new late evening services tendered from the County Council including a service from Rye to Northiam arriving after midnight. The fleet contains a variety of interesting single deck vehicles, mainly Dennis Darts including new low floor buses. Buses serve Hastings Railway station and the two main routes, 300 and 346 can be seen there.

Seen leaving the seafront at Hastings on its
way to the station, this midibus is just completing the long run on the
300, the service which run hourly requires three buses and has recently
been operated by a Bristol RE of 1006 Link.

Another
similar vehicle with large route box seen on its way to the Hospital from
Northiam. Certian services are diverted nearer a local school in this area
between the hospital and the station.
In
standard Coastal livery this smart vehicle is seen at Hastings Station
on the 300.
