The oldest legends take us back to Atlantis and Lemuria where they harnessed and channeled the cosmic force of crystals. It is believed that these ancient civilizations were destroyed because of abuse of crystal power.
The wise men of these civilizations supposedly knew about the impending destruction and stored important information into the crystals in the same way it is done in present-day computers. Crystals which have these files are called Teacher Crystals or Record Keepers. It takes sensitivity to access into these records.
Knowledge of crystal power was hidden as a result of the traumatic destruction of Atlantis and Lemuria. Despite the fact that crystals in ancient times have been used and revered by kings, priests and healers, much of this ancient knowledge have been forgotten. Now, as we enter a new age, the knowledge is surfacing once more to enhance and speed up spiritual discovery.
Quartz Crystals are known for their piezo-electric property. In layman’s term, this simply means that if you squeeze a crystal mechanically, it produces electric current. Vice versa, if you apply electric current on a crystal, it pulsates mechanically.
This technical property has made crystals a common element in high-tech innovations and inventions such as amplifiers, transformers, transceivers, computers, precision timers, laser surgery and other electronic gadgets from home appliances to spaceships.
Properties of quartz can be expanded into applications.
Crystals amplify energy. Just like their function in amplifiers, crystals can also magnify a person’s energy. When you feel low in energy, hold a crystal, relax your body, straighten your spine and open up for the energy transfusion and breathe with the crystal so that its energy field and yours merge. You will either feel pulsations, warmth, coolness or very subtle currents of strength reviving in you.
Thought, as energy, is also affected by crystals. It is therefore imperative for someone who is holding and working with a crystal to maintain only positive thoughts. The power of a crystal to amplify is neutral. It will amplify and attract to you, as the source, whatever quality of energy you generate.
Crystals are used in transform-ers precisely for that purpose – to change the “form” of energy. If you want to change your mood, traits, thoughts or situations, work with a crystal in the same manner mentioned above while manifesting your intention for the change. This is based on the principle that energies are never lost or consumed, they are simply transformed.

It will then amplify and transmit the vibrations of your thoughts into the etheric mold, or the space that fills up all of creation. Since you are the source of these transmissions, the vibrations you will attract will be energies of the same frequency.
This is the principle behind the physical manifestation of a thought.
Everything that is physical started first with a thought. If you look around you, all the things that you will see started in the mind of whoever conceived them. A house started from the thought of the owner through the architect and finally the engineers. The furnitures, the frames, the appliances, the car – all these started with the thought of the creator. The trees, animals, humans and crystals started first as a thought of the Creator. And all these creations have color, which is simply a visual manifestation of this frequency or vibration or energy.
Everything physical is, in essence, energy.
Crystals vibrate and conduct energy. A crystal can be used for healing. You can hold a crystal with your left hand and lay your right hand on a part of the body that needs healing. As everything is energy, the body too, is an energy system. SO is the mind. The body can affect the mind just as the mind can affect the body. The mind functions better when the body is in perfect health than when the body is ill.
When the mind pictures a thought, green mango with salt for instance, the body reacts by salivating or feeling acidity in the stomach. This effect transpires even without the physical green mango with salt.
Crystals can bring about the integration of body and mind through energy resonance.
Emotions (or E-motion) is “energy is motion”. Joy has a different frequency from anger, fear and sadness. Love is altogether another frequency of energy. If you are crystallized, you can easily shift from one emotion to another, depending on your choice.
Business can also be empowered by resonance. Crystals can be programmed to attract the frequency of abundance and prosperity. Intentions for such abundance however, plays a major role in the ultimate results. The intensity of the intention eventually attracts a similar “harvest”. It is the Law.
Crystals can be used for protection. A crystal reflects the light. If you work with a crystal to generate a shield of light around you, the forces of darkness, be it in the form of people with ill intentions or malevolent unseen entities, cannot possibly penetrate your energy field. Where there is light there can be no darkness.
