Haunted Ronaldo B & B


Reputedly the "Most Haunted Bed and Breakfast in Cornwall"

Ronaldo is a stone built cottage which is approx 200 years old.

This beautiful cottage has inglenook fireplaces and beamed ceilings.

It is proudly owned by Paula and Gary Phelps.

During recent renovations we took some photographs

and captured some orbs, these two photographs below are

taken in the Family room which as you can see is just having its ceiling vaulted.

This room is shortly to become the Medieval Room.

It will have vaulted ceilings, a heavy oak four poster bed,

wall hangings and tapesries, and an oak fireplace.




The Phantom or Fraud Project Investigates Ronaldo B & B!

The team was lead by Mark Norman (Phantom or Fraud Devon/Cornwall Team Leader)

Several members of the Phantom or Fraud Project joined forces with some members of
HPRS (Haunts Paranormal Research Society) to carry out an overnight investigation at Ronaldo Bed and Breakfast.

The team worked well together and was very professionally lead by Mark.

An extremely interesting investigation was had by all, with some interesting results
· Orbs were photographed
· Noises were heard (and recorded)
· Cold spots were felt
· a séance revealed some interesting results

Written by a visiting Medium "Psychic"

Whilst visiting Ronaldo for the first time I was immediately
surprised by the energy and force in their home.
Paula showed me round her home.
I felt a very strong presence of children in the Tiger Room,
and one in particular who appeared quite sad.
I felt she was sent to her room on too many occasions,
thus resulting in deep sadness,
almost a prisoner in this room - date around Edwardian time -
late Victorian possible.
On the stairway I found an energy but quite honestly
did not know quite who this was.
The name Elizabeth came through.
A strong presence in the oldest part
small Kitchen ad workshop) of an elderly person,
my arm was raising up and down as if by habit.
Through into the workshop I felt and energy (very strong)
cold - the name Horace? and Australia came in.
Although lots of energy I did not feel anything harmful or evil,
quite peaceful feelings although a very active home.

Under Living room - possible cellar from another property. Out back to the
left by wall steps going down, door leading under patio - or under workshop
or both

The Medium also said that this is the most active house that she had
"ever" been in.
