Dear One and All,
We had all had an enjoyable The Goal was a very spooky place. As you wandered the corridors you could sense the anguish of the long forgotten prisoners, in some parts you could still feel their presence, coming through the bone chilling cold that permeated the stone walls.
We run a Bed and Breakfast just 20 miles from Bodmin and one of our Guests was a Psychic Medium by the name of Tony, who was giving psychic readings at the event. Tony had experienced his fist Psychic experience when he was just a small child of seven. He had felt the presence, in the house he was stopping in, of a person who had been horribly murdered many years before, at the time nobody had believed him
After a very late night my husband and myself along with all the other Guests retired for the night between 1.30 and 2am. Just after 3am we were all woken by some blood curdling screams coming from one of the Guests Bedrooms. We heard the screams, accompanied by shouts and cries of anguish. There then followed doors being fumbled with, then locked, then opened and footsteps running down the stairs to the front door.
Apparently Tony had had a nightmare, that he himself had been imprisoned in Bodmin Goal, this horror was increased due to the fact that in our beautiful conservation village we have no street lights, and upon his wakening he found his room was as dark as Bodmin Goal had been and truly believed himself to be a prisoner.
We always pride ourselves, that we offer comfortable and sumptuous rooms to our Guests and never in our wildest dreams did we think that one of our Suites would be likened to a Stone Cell that had held some very notorious murderers.
At Breakfast, the following morning we all had a good laugh. The moral of this story is, Sleep well and remember things aren't always what they seem.
be wary of your own fear of the unknown and what it can unleash.

I thought I would drop you a line to express how much we enjoyed the evening
at Bodmin Gaol. I am glad that things went well for you and I look forward to
seeing you again at the next venue.
For your information, we have just got our film back from being developed and
we have a picture with some nice 'orbs' on if you would like a picture let
know.

With reference to the excellent evening enjoyed by all at the Launch, of the newly established Company, Haunts International.
The event was thoroughly enjoyable and a huge success, attended by the Mayor of Bodmin, who specifically expressed to myself and my husband what a wonderful and interesting evening he had had.
