Meet Paul
George, The Diamond Geezer. Paul is undoubtedly
one of the UK's leading Neil Diamond Tribute
Artists. His shows leave audiences amazed at the
likeness in his voice to the great Neil Diamond.
A combination of stunning laser and lighting effects, top
quality sounds and a very energetic and charismatic
performer come together to create the Ultimate Neil
Diamond Tribute.
Paul has been
a Neil Diamond fan for many years. He has a deep
love for his music and is very humbled in his approach
to Neil's work. He studies Neil's song styles
and lyrics in his pursuit to bring perfection to his
performances. He does this to pay tribute to
Neil Diamond. Paul does not consider himself an
impersonator but merely a messenger of Neil Diamond's
music. Paul insists that there will only ever be
one Neil Diamond.

Paul is
currently performing throughout the West Midlands
every weekend not only playing Neil's music but also a
huge variety of different styles and trends from Rock
'n' Roll, Blues, Soul, Rock, Ballads, in fact there
are not many sounds that Paul cannot perform. He
is also an accomplished guitarist adding to the
entertainment value of his shows. Paul also
tours the UK with his latest Tribute show to Neil
Diamond 'On A Painted Sky'.
Named after the first line of his favourite Neil
Diamond track 'Be'. He is also the second half
of a new and exciting show with fellow Neil Diamond
Tribute Artist, close friend and Radio DJ Jules
Hall-Weakley called 'The
Two Of Diamonds'. To find out
what he gets up to, read his weekly diary updates
below.

Neil
Diamond's Comments on Tribute Artists
"I
love it, I've always loved it, because in a sense they
keep the music alive, and in a way it's flattering,
and in a way you have to have a sense of humor about
it. It is a little strange, I have to admit it, seeing
someone up there trying to be you. A little weird but
also fun. God bless them all, I hope they do
great."
"In the very
basic forms of song Neil Diamond delivers the very best in
musical poetry." Paul

Project
Soolaimon was born from my wife, Tracy. People
who know me or who have read my site will know that I
spent along time in the Army. During my time I
was stationed in Kenya. To cut a long story
short I visited an orphanage over there that left me
in a state of disbelief how children could live and
suffer the way they do in this place. Yes, they
do get care and love from the staff but with very
limited funds and so many children to care for these
poor souls desperately need help. Tracy came up
with the idea to raise funds through a series of
concerts, the sale of a new CD, and through donations
from you, the public. So here it starts!!
On this page and the sound and vision page you will
find the Promotional video for the project. Also
on the sound and vision page you will find a radio
interview by BBC Radio Shropshire.

Hi Folks,
Two months has
passed now since I last managed to get on and update
the old site. Life, as you can probably imagine,
has been very hectic with shows all over the
place. Unfortunately it all came to a crashing
stop last week when I came down with Flu. I'm
still here at home taking all the pills, syrups and
remedy's known to man and still not able to
perform. It does get very frustrating,
especially around Christmas. Anyway I hope
you're all having a good season and look forward to
getting back on with my normal reports in the new
year. The site will be drastically changing soon
as Lycos - Europe are shutting down shortly. Big
shame as they have hosted me very well for the last 2
years. A new site is under construction though
and will be up and running in the early new year under
the same URL of www.diamondgeezermusic.co.uk
Please have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year.
