UK PROGRESSIVE ROCK MUSIC BANDS

Progressive rock music bands, including British bands, have long been amongst the most popular the world over. The music is as timeless as classical music and is finding a new army of fans who are rediscovering rock bands and artists such as Genesis, Barclay James Harvest, King Crimson,Pink Floyd and Jethro Tull etc. Chalice ( as yet an unsigned band) for lack of a better description, are considered a progressive rock music band (neo prog rock?), but do not consider categorising is necessary. Melodic rock, Classic Rock band or AOR band is just as suitable as progressive rock. As far as Chalice are concerned, the band just play music that conveys emotion and drama and allows the listener a higher sense of involvement. The band have just released a CD entitled " Back to Back" currently being promoted world wide, and the band is busy rehearsing new material for 2003 concerts and hopefully a tour.We are also placing some MP3 music files on MP3.com
