  1. Councillor’s Report
    1. Bollards to be replaced at the entry to Wellknowe Place in 2-4 weeks
    2. New works at East Kilbride town centre £150million over 4 years

    1. GSO – update

1.      Next progress meeting scheduled for 17th June. FMcC to attend.

2.      Diversion using Barbana Road in place of Redwood has started for indefinite period. Top of Braehead Road is closed.

3.      Thornton Road will remain closed until August at least.

    1. West End farm looks like a tip.  Meeting suggested that the local councillor be contacted to ask if there was anything they could do.

    1. Other Planning Applications

1.      Land Fill at Jackton  - No progress to date.

2.      Jackton – 348 Eaglesham Road ongoing. To be approved

3.      Communications mast at Thornton Farm – no feed back yet.

4.      Outline planning application from Stewart Milne for Bogton Site – We have objected to this application, as it is outwith the Reporter’s findings.

5.      Laigh Braehead  - SLC have confirmed that the road will remain open to the public over its full length

6.      Drawings not yet received from SLC planning for proposed agricultural house at Hayhill.
