1. Information regarding wild plants received from SNH
2. AGM to be in November 2002 according to SLC circular
3. New constitution of JTCC: final revisions made to draft in accordance with requirements of SLC.

1. Campaign Fund balance at £3222 – No movements last month
2. Current account transfer to Bank of Scotland at late stage
3. Minutes and Statements of Bank accounts being assembled to satisfy requirements for grant from SLC

1. None received to date.
2. Outstanding - John White invited the councillor to look at the conditions of Peel Road between Laigh Braehead and A726 roundabout, including the speeding and the litter

1. Other Planning Applications

1.      Jackton “beefeater” restaurant – planning refused at this time

2.      Road sign to Braehead Road knocked down by contractors – to be followed up by Iain Gardner and roads department

3.      Peel Road damaged by water works – Iain Gardner to follow up through Cllr McCann – ongoing

4.      Dr Kerr raised the issue of Anderson Homes advertising potential sales of houses in Thorntonhall – Fiona McCrae to follow up.
