A Brief Description of the Skin
Other Information About the Skin

Then, add an attachment; a .zip file with the skin inside.

Send me an email with the following information, and I will put the skin's information, as well as the skin itself, online as soon as possible.
NOTE: Be sure to leave the phpBB copyrights in the footer, and add whatever copyrights need to be added.
