The second part of Gwern-Sun-Hair’s Hero Tale, in which Tyrnonos sets out, with his armies, to retrieve his abducted son, from Pwll, the father of Pryderi in the shadowy realms Annwn, and exonorate his now shamed mistress. This nightmarish journey to the phantom court includes a grotesque parody of the discovery of the life giving vessel and its myth, and a burlesque of the coronation ritual. It ends with the failure of the expedition, and the death of Tyrnonos |
