Not much to say really. I'm just a fan of Mr Gemmell's work. My Dad got me into his books buying them himself when they came out. Legend was the first one that I read in 1986 and I then sought out other books of his that he had written. Soon it became a competition between myself and my dad to see who could get the newest one first, as it was an unwritten law that he who bought it first, read it first and then kept dropping false hints or outright lies about what was to happen pretending that it did.

We never did tell each other the truth as we believed that it ruined the others enjoyment but it was always good to see who could wind the other up the most.

I now have all books to date including the Gemmell Holy Grail, White Knight, Black Swan which is now unfortunately out of print. Although there are talks about reobtaining the rights. Thanks All
