These are the Drenai novels. Please note that if you go for the map it does take time to download and will open in its own window, as does the timeline. Both have been created by me and so are under my copyright, so if they appear elsewhere let me know

The way in which they have been listed does not mean the order in which they were written but in chronological order. The originallly written order would be :- Legend, King Beyond the Gate, Waylander, Quest for Lost Heroes, Waylander II: The realm of the wolf, The First Chronicles of Druss the Legend, The Legend of Deathwalker, Winter Warriors, Hero in Shadows, White Wolf, The Swords of Night and Day.

If for new readers the list for the drenai series gets a little worrying with the number of books the publishers have released, compendiums of the novels are available with them appearing in this order:-

Drenai Tales :- Legend, King beyond the gate, Waylander

Drenai Tales 2 :- Quest for Lost Heroes, Waylander 2 (In the Realm of the Wolf), The First Chronicles of Druss the Legend

(due for publishing October 2002)

Drenai Tales 3 :- The Legend of Deathwalker, Winter Warriors, Hero in Shadows

Various people have attempted to draw maps but with the books not exactly matching locations each person's maps differ (the main conflicts appear in Legend ((the first novel)) and the others. I don't have a link to any of these because I believe that all readers should have the opportunity to draw their own as I have.

The Drenai novels as the name would suggest charts the rise and fall of the Drenai throughout time beginning when they defeat Kaem (waylander) culminating when the Nadir rules the world (Quest for lost Heroes.) and then rising again with the birth of the new king in Winter Warriors.

The character lists may include some spoilers so please be aware of this.
