Here is Robins Alvis Leonides, Ex Royal Navy twin-engined Percival Sea-Prince.

11.8 litres capacity, rated at 550 HP. Supercharged, and fitted with Hobson single-point fuel injection unit, it only weighs 815lb (370kg).

It arrived in a mechanically-sound condition, with hours remaining on the logs, so Robin has concentrated on the installation and auxilliary wiring, locating all the original control gear and instrumentation as would have been fitted in the Sea Prince.

The propeller for this installation will be a Rotol constant-speed type from a single-engined Percival Provost trainer, commonly known as the Piston-Provost after the advent of the Jet Provost trainer, confused? Good!
