This list was put together for an art installation curated by Anita McKuan for Deptford X, 2000. It consists of every group I was involved in between 1975 and 1985 (the year I moved to London). The list was exhibited on a wall next to 30 odd cassettes containing the music of the groups but rendered unplayable. I prefer the idea of imagining the sounds these ensembles made. The list was compiled from memory- and I sincerely apologise to anybody I missed out...
