The evil Rigatoni wants to kidnap Rayman and his friends and imprison them in his space circus. Having landed on a hostile planet, the five friends must escape the malicious attacks of Sgt. Grub, the evil bounty hunter who has been set on their trail.

Rayman has proven to be a very popular and marketable character. The company claims that the Rayman franchise as a whole has sold over 4 million units to date. So it is no surprise that the game would catch the attention of the media and of broadcast television, and that Ubi Soft would put the pieces together and consider the idea of a syndicated cartoon. And so, here it is:  Rayman - The TV Series, a fully animated, entirely computer-generated 3D adventure series.
