Real Gate took on the Cricketers in a bank holiday friendly at Bishops Road. 

Gate expected to win, but did they expect to score 17? Well...yes.

To be honest, so much went on during the game there's no way I'm going to even try a match report. Real Gate averaged a goal every 5 minutes in this game.

It turned out to be Gate's record victory.

Ste Marsh & Matt Pape also equalled the record amount of goals in a game with 4. 

It was also only Gate's SECOND EVER clean sheet. The first one was waaaaaay back in the second ever friendly they played as a team, beating Billinge Colts 5-0 at Parr Stocks.
