Hen Gerrig (Old Stones, in
Welsh) is an early 17th century detached cottage, altered and extended at
various times in the past. The main extensions are around 100 years old. The
house is situated in a mixed semi-rural locality approx. 3 miles from Holywell.
The property was formerly used as a village Post Office and General Store,
but has been used for purely residential purposes for about 12 years.
Letting accommodation comprises
of three double rooms and one single room. All double rooms can take a small
childs bed(provided), but various combinations can be arranged. Tea and coffee
making facilities are available in all rooms, and a TV is provided in the
dining room. TV's can be provided in rooms for longer term guests. The house
is opposite the village pub serving cask ales and food.
Secure garage parking is available for motorcycles and cycles with its own
gated, off-road parking for cars.
