Are you an Ultra Magnus fan?  If so, did you know there are many Ultra Magnus merchandizes in store that you may not realize or haven't seen it?  If you haven't, this page is dedicated to all of the Ultra Magnus merchandizes so that all Ultra Magnus fans are aware that their favorite bot actually had more stuffs in the market world for them to go around and collect or  add it to their wanted check list.

LEGEND:

- 1 - 1984 Powered Convoy released in Japan by Takara.  The Transformers Ultra Magnus toy was originated from another toyline called "Diaclone" whose character goes by the name Powered Convoy.  Powered Convoy colored scheme were Red, Gray, and Dark Blue.  Unlike Ultra Magnus, Powered Convoy came with a red transformable sidekick called Super Buggy and a Yellow Human Driver.  Package Method:  MISB (Mint In Sealed Box), Used Styrofoam container to keep the toy in place.  Toy Included: 1x Cab, 1x Trailer; 1x Red Bungy Car, 1x Yellow Human.  Accessories: 2x Missile launchers, 4x Gray missiles, 2x Black belt plates, 1x Blue chest plate, 2x Small hands, 2x Big hands, 1x Powered Convoy head, and 1x Black gun. Others: Sticker, Instruction sheet.  Materials: Toys included die cast metal on cab as well as painted face on both the cab and the big head, and tires are made of rubber.  Made In: Japan

- 2 - 1986 Ultra Magnus released in the U.S. by Hasbro.  Package Method:  MISB (Mint In Sealed Box), Used Styrofoam container to keep the toy in place.  Toy Included: 1x Cab, 1x Trailer; Accessories: 2x Missile launchers, 4x Red missiles, 2x White belt plates, 1x Blue chest plate, 2x Small hands, 2x Big hands, 1x Ultra Magnus head, and 1x White gun. Others: Sticker, Instruction sheet, Red Decoder, Checklist poster, and catalogue.  Materials: Toys included die cast metal on cab as well as painted face on both the cab and the big head, and tires are made of rubber.  Made In: Japan

- 3 - 1986 Ultra Magnus released in Japan by Takara.  Package Method/ Toy Included/ Accessories/ Others/ Materials: Same as  #1, text is written in Japanese.  Made In: Japan

- 4 - 2000 Ultra Magnus released in Japan by Takara.  Package Method: MISB (Mint In Sealed Box), Use Plexy plastic container to keep the toy in place.  Toy Included/ Accessories: Same as #2.  Others: Sticker, Instruction sheet, and a Trading card.   Materials: Same as #2.  Made In: China

- 5 - 1986 Ultra Magnus Variation #2 released later on in the U.S. by Habro.  Box Appearance is Unknown, probably same as #2.  Package Method:  MISB (Mint In Sealed Box), Unknown.  Toy Included/ Accessories: Same as #2.  Others: Unknown.  Materials: See NOTE-1:

Made In: Macau.  

NOTE-1: Unlike Item #2 to #4, this Ultra Magnus contained:

1, No diecast metal on the feet. 2, Only the chest has diecast metal.  3, No window shield on the chest.  4, The thigh or leg is not chromed.  5, the gas tank on the leg is also not chromed.  6, The wheels are all plastic not rubber.  7, The cab eye and mouth plate are not painted.  8, The big Ultra Magnus head isn't painted instead it's just all blue.   

- 6 - 2000 Exclusive Ultra Magnus in Diaclone Version released in Japan by Takara.  Package Method/ Toy Included/ Accessories/ Others/ Materials/ Made In: Same as  #4. The Diaclone Ultra Magnus was released based on the Japanese Transformers The Movie Promotion in which Ultra Magnus actually debuted in that colors: Dark Blue, Red, and Gray; not his standard colors.

- 7 - 2000 Exclusive Ultra Magnus in Shining/ Yellow Version released in Japan by Takara.  Package Method/ Toy Included/ Accessories/ Others/ Materials/ Made In:  Same as  #4.  The Shining Magnus was supposed to highlight the glowing effect of the Matrix light that was passed from Optimus Prime to Ultra Magnus in Transformers The Movie.  

- 8 - 2002 Toys R Us Exclusive Ultra Magnus released in the U.S. by Hasbro.  Package Method: MISB (Mint In Sealed Box), Use Plexy plastic container to keep the toy in place.  Accessories: Same as #2 with some slight modification see NOTE-2.  Others: Sticker, and Instruction sheet.   Materials: Same as #2 but see NOTE-2  Made In: China

NOTE-2: Due to the  new safety law, the smokestack was trimmed down while the missiles were elongated.  

- 9 - Ultra Magnus Jr. released in Japan by Takara.  Package Method: MISB (Mint In Sealed Box), Unknown  Toy Included: 1x Magnus Cab, 1x Paper Trailer.  Accessories: Overall unknown, 2x Small hands, 1x White Gun, .  Others:  Unknown.  Materials: Overall unknown, Plastic, and Paper. Made In: Japan.  I don't know too much about this item.  Please Email Me if you want to enlighten me up with its origin such as who made it,  or when it was made, etc.

- 10 - Ultra Magnus Mug.  I don't know too much about this item.  Please Email Me if you want to enlighten me up with its origin such as who made it,  or when it was made, etc.

- 11 - 2002 PVC ACT 1 released in Japan by Takara.  Package Method: MISB (Mint In Sealed Box), Used sealed bag to keep the toy in place.  Toy Included: 1x PVC Magnus, 1x Clear base plate.  Accessories: None.  Others:  None.  Materials: Plastic. Made In: China.  

NOTE-3: This figure was released in random so you can not tell which transformers you will be getting.  

NOTE-4: Clear version and Color version of Magnus were sold separately and in random as well.  To avoid duplication, you must purchase the box set which contained other characters and a special chase figure.  

- 12 - 2002 PVC ACT 4 released in Japan by Takara.  Package Method: MISB (Mint In Sealed Box), Used sealed bag to keep the toy in place.  Toy Included: 1x PVC Magnus, 1x Clear base plate.  Accessories: None.  Others:  Catalog of wave 1 checklist.  Materials: Plastic. Made In: China.  NOTE: This figure was released in random so you can not tell which transformers you will be getting.  To avoid duplication, you must purchase the box set which also included a special chase figure.  

NOTE-5: Diaclone version and Pewster (gray) version of Magnus were sold separately and in random as well.  To avoid duplication, you must purchase the box set which contained other characters and a special chase figure.  

- 13 - 2003 Hero Of Cyberton PVC, Wave 1.5, released in the U.S. by Hasbro.  Package Method:  MOC (Mint On Card) Toy Included: 1x PVC Magnus.  Accessories: None.  Others:  Trading card with tech & spec.  Materials: Plastic.  Made In: China.  It's basically the same as #12 except that it's not in random.  See Image Part 2 for Trading Card picture.

- 14 - 2003 MyClone Ultra Magnus released in Japan by Takara.  Package Method: MISB (Mint In Sealed Box), Used sealed bag to keep the toy in place.  Toy Included: 1x MyClone Magnus, 1x Red base plate.  Accessories: None.  Others:  Catalog of wave 1 checklist.  Materials: Plastic.  Made In: China.  This figure was released in random so you can not tell which transformers you will be getting.  To avoid duplication, you must purchase the box set which also included a special chase figure.
