-have lived in any district in Englandor Wales for seven days before the date on which you give your notice.

Documents you need to show is;When you attend to give your notice of marrige, you will be asked to produce evidence of your name, age, maritial status and nationality.
After you have given notice of marriageThese notice must be publicly displayed in the Register Office(s)for a minimum of fifteen clear days before the Authority allowing your marriage to proceed may be issued.
