2nd KYU - DARK BLUE BELT

1. All previous syllabus.

2. Students must demonstrate:

a) Kaeshi Shime-waza (Counters to strangles).

b) Kaeshi Katama-waza (Counters to groundwork).

c) Defence against pool cue, basball and short staff.

3. Jo-Kihon (Short staff, basics).

4. Gauntlet.

5. Defence against three attackers, attacking with strikes and restraint techniques.

6. Continuous attack both armed and unarmed.

7. Thirty throws plus ten to the weakest side.
