I am the host of Baggage Reclaim. It's my job to make sure everything runs smoothly, that the acts get off and on quickly
and, most importantly, to keep the audience informed of what's going on. I also open each evening with a set of my own songs,
accompanying myself on accordion and/or electronics.
As well as all this, I book all the acts, write the blurb, design the fliers, sort out publicity, maintain the website, pay
the performers and take the flack when something goes wrong.
I must love doing it I suppose...

I am playing accordion in an improvising quartet with Paul Hood (record player) and Rob Lawson (guitar) on Resonance
104.4 FM Sunday 22nd December 2002 at 8pm.
The duo of Anna Homler and myself is appearing at Glasgow's CCA (Centre for Contemporary Art) alongside Opaque and Daniel
Weaver on 31st January 2003 and
at Cheltenham Music Library alongside Land of Nod and Chris Cundy on 27th January 2003.
