Q: Is this game free?
A: Yes it is free for ever!
Q: What type
of game is this?
A: It is a FPS MUD
Q:FPS MUD?
A: It means First Person Shooting Multiple Dungeons. It is smaller
then a MMORPG. This game has rooms ranging from 8 to 16 members.
If you ever played gun bound or American Army it is sort of like
that in rooms. Further more it is really a 3rd person shooting
but we consider it a First person because that is what the genre
title is.
What are the
requirements to play?
Minimum Requirements:
Pentium 3 800Mhz or
higher, Riva TNT or faster Direct3D compatible video card, Windows
Sound System Compatible Audio Card
Recommended

Q: How do
I play?

Q: I heard
about Quests are they out?
A: No, quests are not out, they will be out in international in
November hopefully.
Now for my own Q&A that is often
asked by new people of GunZ Online
Q: Does the shotgun really do only
6 dmg?
A: No, it does much more damage if you are
at a closer range. This means one pellet does 6 damage.
Q: Why is it so laggy? Why is my
ping 0 and the others 999? Shouldn't they be kicked out?
A: No, if you see everyone's else ping is
999, you are lagging. This depends on where you guys are playing.
If lets say the host is from America and you are from Australia,
then the ping difference would be too great to play. Sometimes
for some players, another problem is that if there are too many
players in a room, the internet connection would be affected as
well.
Q: Whats the difference between
revolvers and pistols?
A: Pistols does less damage but are more
accurate. Revolvers do more damage but are less acurate and have
more delay.
Q: I keep getting knocked up/down!
After that, I get blasted to death! Is there anyway to counter
this?
A: Try not to get hit by using dive and
dash alot. If you do get hit, use the safe fall technique.
Q: I can't get into the server!
Why is this so?
A:
It depends if the server is down, or too full. Server capacity
is currently limited for the huge boom of GunZ Online players
recently. If you get a "Too many users logged in" message
while trying to log in, keep trying. You will eventually get in.
I don't think holding on to the enter or
G button works.
Q: My version is not compatible!
Help!
A: Redownload or reinstall the latest version
or see the patch applying process at my "Installing
the Patch" section.
