- is ireland getting a show? |
|
7:03pm
GMT In a report recently, when the Turn It On
tour dates were announced, it appeared that the Tour would not
cover Ireland at all. Some fans believed that it maybe due
to the low sales of the 'Turn It On'. But Ronan was asked
recently on 'The Late Late Show', if there would be any tour dates
for Ireland. Ronan said that he always intended to do some
shows in Ireland and said it would probably be in March or April
next year - watch this space!!!

As we ever
closer to 2004, Ronan is already preparing for it! He'll be
touring South Africa towards to New Year and of course, he has
already shot the video for his forthcoming new single, 'She
Believes (In Me)'! Even though we have no idea exactly what
the plot of the video is about, we can say that the video was shot
at the University Of London, UK! In addition, several but
fairly reliable sources have suggested a single release date of
9th February 2003. But as soon as we get more info about the
video and the release date, we will tell you here at Ronan Keating
World, so keep coming back!!!

|
5:07pm

Ronan was
recently asked by a music magazine what he would like for
Christmas, and while many music artists would hope that they still
had a music contract, Ronan asked for one simple wish: "Two front
teeth, that's what I want. I lost my last ones."
Interesting!

- ronan hits back at louis |
| 7:24pm
GMT
Recently, former manager, Louis Walsh slammed Ronan for his
album release, 'Turn It On' and was happy it didn't do well.
However, Ronan spoke out and had something to say about it: "I was
upset by what Louis said. That's probably what he wants to hear.
We had our differences, we parted, he said some things, we shook
hands. Everything was fine, I saw him at Nicky's (Byrne of
Westlife) wedding. Everything was cool and all of a sudden he
seems to be just gloating and it's not nice you know. If that's
what he wants that's fine." Ronan has no intention of saying
anything bad back to Louis after working for him for ten years.

14/12/2003
- hangar minute! |
| 7:05pm
GMT
Ronan
performed a special concert but with a difference! He went
and performed at RAF Cosford, Shropshire, UK! Playing with a
strong crowd of 700, Ronan arrived dressed in casual clothing -
jacket and jeans. The event took place in a large hangar at
the air force station, the most unusual place to ever play!!!
It happened due to the fact that a station staff won a competition
from Heart FM. The audience of service personnel and their
families gathered round to see Ronan perform a half-hour session
of his popular tunes including 'Life Is A Rollercoaster' and 'If
Tomorrow Never Comes'. Ronan thanked the crowds for
their loyal support and met the crowd. Speaking to the local
paper, Shropshire Star, Ronan (pictured with RAF air technician
Hayley Edgar) couldn't believe how it was to play in a huge
hangar: "It was just fantastic, I don't get to do things like this
very often. It was very strange to sing with huge aeroplanes
to either side of me and the venue was unbelievable." [Picture

2/12/2003 -
boyzone reunion on the cards? |
| 7:00pm
GMT
It's been
floating about sometime now but the media are suggesting that
there may be a Boyzone reunion with Ronan hinting some sort of
charity concert. Ronan spoke to The Daily Record with a hint
that he may consider some Boyzone reunion, though the media are
quick to suggest that Ronan is doing this due to the not so well
received album sales of 'Turn It On', but that Ronan denies.
He said: "I don't know if the reunion is going to be happening in
the near future, but it could be a possibility because I never
thought we'd be talking again and now we are. There might be
a Boyzone reunion for a charity gig to start off with."
Other members of Boyzone are definitely interested in coming back
but it may take time due to busy commitments from the other band
members. With this suggestion coming in, if the Boyz come
back, all the fans will most certainly welcome this!!!
