Despite having lived in London for a while, Earl's Court was a first for me, and according to what he told us at the beginning of the gig, for Bryan too!
Well I can't say I was highly impressed by the venue - security was totally inadequate and they made a big mess with the queue and the numbering system and all that... But that's all I will say abou that, 'cause luckily we did manage to get in and get a fantastic position, so all the rest is already forgotten.
For most of the day (until we got squeezed and frozen by the coldest wind ever...) lining up was very nice, especially because I met so many BAd-friends again. So nice to see ya all again! Petra, Sabina, Jill, Annie, and everyone else... It was lovely to spend the time chatting with you all and the hours flew by pretty quickly.
I had heard that the support act - Keith Urban - was going to be good and very cute... and indeed he was!! Surely one of the best. I don't think there was one female baddie who wasn't happy about him ;).
When he left the stage I was sorry he had finished, and that doesn't happen often with support acts...
The venue quickly filled up and we were ready to rock...
