When this gig was announced, I could not believe it was for real. Without a new album to promote, Bryan was coming back to Italy... almost 10 years to the day since my very first gig (April 18th 1994), and to Milano - a place where a BA gig is always granted to be special - where I lived! It just sounded too good to be true :). But true it surely was... So when the day arrived, we were ready to rock.
After a VERY nice evening out in Milano the day before ;), we all met at the MazdaPalace in the morning. The weather forecast predicted a rainy cold day so we braced ourselves for the worst... but it started sunny... and got even sunnier and hotter as the hours passed :)! In fact, we all got the first sun tan of the year :).
The time spent waiting passed extremely quickly - actually, we had lot of fun! As time passed, more and more old and new baddies arrived... so many people I had met at previous gigs, sharing stories and laughs... it was just great.

The line got longer and longer, and finally, at about 7pm, the gates were open. As usual, we ran like mad things... and all reached great spots. I found myself first row, right in front of Bryan's mike. Couldn't ask for anything better! :)
While waiting for the support act to start, we met more and more familiar faces...
Then it was time for Daniele Groff. You might have never heard of him... well, be grateful for that! ;)) Actually, he could have been worse: he had a nice, humble attitude and one or two songs were bearable. But by the 3rd song I was falling asleep... and hoping it wouldn't last long! Luckily, it didn't...

While waiting for Bryan one of the light technicians from above the stage chose me as his target and wouldn't stop... he moved the light around the stage and then stopped it on me finding it very funny... I had to use some very Italian sign language to convince him to stop... :)).
The venue was completely full by the time Bryan arrived on stage. And what a crowd it was going to be!!!
At 9 o'clock, Bryan and the guys finally appeared... and the place went totally WILD.
