UK October 2004
London, Wembley Arena, October 30th 2004
Wembley was a comeback for me, after that amazing gig in 2002. I knew since then that a gig there is always very special... and this show was just another proof of that!
We arrived to London on Friday afternoon, and after LOTS of shopping Marzia and I joined Petra and the other baddies at Wembley, after the end of the first gig there. It was lovely to meet everyone again!
Bryan was nice enough to stop and sign stuff for everyone when he came out...

The day after we started to line up at the blue gate with Jill, Ade, and all the other "blue" baddies. Luckily, it was a sunny day and despite being on the "shadowy" side of the arena (lucky "red" baddies, Qing in the sun!) we didn't freeze and had a quite nice time while waiting for time to pass.

We just couldn't resist this picture, could we? ;)
At 6.30pm the doors opened and, despite the terrible stories we had heard from the day before, everything went very smoothly. We ran inside and got first row, along with all the other baddies :).

Petra, Marzia and me celebrating our lovely spot...

...and more baddies along with us!

Left to right: Petra, Marzia, Roberta, Jill, Chris and of course, the flag! Thanks to Petra for this pic!
The support act, Speedway, wasn't bad. But I didn't like the recorded base and backvocals... it's supposed to be a live gig, isn't it?

The poor singer had injured her finger and was bleeding so badly (guess she took "played it till my fingers bled" a little too seriously!) that we were all relieved for her when she finished!
And obviously, not only for her... as it meant it was finally BA time!
BAd time!!! >>>
