Not such a good weekend for Rottingdean With our Under 9s not finding the venue and our 16s match being postpond due to the weather and our under 14s, 12s losing it was left to our under 13s to bring a ray of sunshine to our part of Sussex with a 6-4 win at home against Eastbourne Flyers.

Sorry again for the lack of change to this page I have been having trouble with my provider so I have canged to another and they was less than helpful, but now we are back with avengance and hope that all our problems are now over and this site will be updated each week.

Yes I know it has taken a while but we are back in business now. The season has not stated to good for the under 16s played three lost three, but our under 114s are doing well with our under 12s placed second in the league and our under 13s and 11s finding there feet. The under 13s having a new Manager this year have started quite well and our under 11s playing there first season playing eleven aside please come back and visit as I will try and update this site at least once a week. Good luck to all for the season ahead and lets hope the rain stays away.

Well the only real story this year has been about the weather, hopefully in the new year we are able to play our matches. The season so far has been all about games being called off. Well we at Rottingdean Football Club wish you all the very best for the coming year and hope you are able to play all your matches without to much hassel.

Well the start of the season has started and the teams that have played so far this season have done very well keep the good work up lad a mention for Smiler hope the knee gets better soon we are missing you in defense.

The under14s went down to Devon and played a few friendlies with some of the players doing exceptionally well, Mattie being the surprise package and earning the player of the tour in an unfamiliar role to him as right back to read full reports click here.

A differently organised tournament woth different age groups visiting in the morning with other age groups attending in the afternoon. This is ok if you only have one child in football as if you had two you found yourself there very early and leaving very late?. See our full reports tournament page

Another good tournament for all our teams with our U9s reaching the semi finals on the Saturday and our U12s & U13s reached the Semi Finals and our U14s lost in the finals by 1 goal to nil. Read our reports for the whole tournament on the

A good day our under 8s won two of their matches, our under 12s Colts won one and drew 3 on top of this our under 12s Village came forth in their league and our under 14s b also came 4th and our under 14s A squad made the semi finals only to loose to Woodingdean who won the first Div this year.

The teams visited the Ratton tournament this weekend and this saw our under 14s loose the final on a penalty shoot out. Under 12s did well reaching the semi final but loosing 1-0, the u13s did not do so well neither did our under 10s were as the under 9s did well but this was run on a friendly bases. this was a well run tournament well done to Ratton.

Our teams went to Steyning Tournament this weekend and our under 12s missed the final stages by 2 points, under 13s missed the final stages by two goals and both the under 14s missed the final stages by 1 point each, ending a very frustrating weekend better luck next time lads. 

Rottingdean Village under 14s and under 12s are to attend a presentation to collect their trophies, U14s for winning their league and the U12s for coming runners up well done to all.

The presentation will take place at Hove Town Hall on 9th June all welcome free tickets for the lads all others £1.00 on the door.
