They wear Busway circular services route branding and were amongst the first low-floor buses in the U.K., as part if a London Buses trial. Arriva North West 1979Shunt bus 1979 (E44 UKL) was taken from the depot during the millennium celebrations and is seen abandoned on Beechwood Avenue, a few hundred yards from the depot, on 1/1/2000.

Arriva North West 5321 Since transferring to Runcorn, 5321 (N101 YVU) has become a regular performer on service 21, and is seen near the Hospital on 17/7/02. It was renumbered from 1001 after the take-over of MTL, presumably to avoid conflict with Atlanteans which were later renumbered to 3xxx, and has not been changed back. (1003/5 never carried 532x numbers).
Arriva North West 7541 7541 (P541 MBU) is one of the low floor Darts transferred in with teh Wigan workings and is seen on normal route 110 on 26/6/02.
