Halton Borough Council's excellent public transport information site is now online - www.halton.gov.uk/travline - containing timetables and full route information for all services in the Halton area, including evening services and other contracted services. There is also an online version of their travelmap covering both Runcorn and Widnes, useful for finding out which services run closest to you.

Arriva run the majority of daytime services in Runcorn, with local services to all areas as well as services to Warrington, Chester and Liverpool (express, and stopping via airport). Bear in mind that their timetables do not show evening and Sunday services where these are run by a different operator, details of these services can be obtained from the Halton Traveline (number above) or the Halton Traveline website. |
