Mining hhhmmmm, what's there to say about mining. Well, mining is my favorite thing to do. It's not a very hard thing to do really. Even though they made it a little more complicated with the new fatigue system. I'll talk about all this below.
How to Mine:
There is only one thing you need to start mining, and that is a pickax. Pickaxes can be found in a respawn found in Barbarian village. And in Dwarf mine mining shop. You can also trade people for them. Now that you got a pickax put in to your inventory. Now find a rock you wish to mine. Then prospect it. It may take a couple of time before it tells you what kind of rock it is. But with the new Fatigue System you may not need to prospect the rocks if you know all the colors. Because the new system lets you see when the ore is in the rock you will no longer be clicking blindly and not knowing what type of rock it is. But that's only for hard rocks. With soft rock you'll have to prospect the rock to see what it is. Now once you prospected the rock and found the rock you want to mine just lefts click it till you get the ore. But if you don't have the right lvl you wont be able to get the ore.
Mining and Fatigue:
The new fatigue system makes mining a little more interest then the old way. Here ill talk a little about the fatigue system. But for the full guide vist our Fatigue Guide page. Well first there are to types of rocks in the system. Hard rocks and Soft rocks. Soft rocks are from the old system of mining, you only get a little fatigue per or you get. Hard rocks are based on the new system of mining were, you get tired way faster but get the ores faster. Each type of ore give you different amounts of fatigue depending on your mining lvl. The only way to get rid of your fatigue is by taking a nap or by eating some food.
Mining Tips:
Mining Tip 1: Bring a full load of food and with you and every time you get an ore it a food.
Mining Tip 2: Don't bring weapons or things not needed to mine with you it just takes up space.
Mining Tip 3: Mine at a place close to a bed.
