Sedgefield Mags have used various venues in which to hold their monthly meetings, previously they have been held in the Cricket Club, Cedesfield Hall and Hardwick Arms before leaving the village and relocating in the Bird in Hand in Trimdon for many years. However due to renovations Sedgefield Mags returned to Sedgefield in early 2006 to hold their monthly meetings in the Nags Head Public House in Sedgefield. After been given a very warm and friendly welcome by Julie and Neil it was decided that all future meetings would be held in the Nags Head.
Meetings are held at 8pm on the 1st Monday of each month running from September through until May.
Should the 1st Monday of the month fall as a Bank Holiday then Sedgefield Mags monthly meeting will be deferred until the 2nd Monday of the month.

Directions:
From the North – Follow all signs for Sedgefield, if you are travelling through or past Coxhoe as you pass Knotty Hill Golf Centre turn right and at the round-a-bout take your 3rd exit, if coming via Fishburn at the round-a-bout take the 1st exit. Follow the road into the village keep going past the Black Lion (which will be on your left) and Barclays Bank (which will be on your right), as the road bends to the right the Nags Head is on the left hand side.
From the South/West – Follow all signs for Sedgefield until you get to the Sands Hall round-a-bout. At the round-a-bout take your 3rd exit and follow the road into the village. You will pass the cricket club on your left hand side keep going eventually the road will bend to the left the Nags Head is on your right.
If you are travelling from Darlington using the back road at the junction after the racecourse turn right, and you should pass the cricket club on your left hand side keep going eventually the road will bend to the left the Nags Head is on your right.
From the East – Follow all signs for Sedgefield until you reach the Sedgefield Services round-a-bout. If you are travelling from Stockton take your 2nd exit, if you are travelling from Hartlepool take your 3rd exit. Then take the left turn into the village. Follow the road right through the village until you come to a T-Junction outside of the Black Lion pub. At the junction turn left follow the road until it bends to the right, the Nags head is on your left.
Parking is available at the back of the premises.
