Occult and Pagan Links
Witchcraft, magic, earth mysteries and ancient sites.

Apotropaios - the new home for the 'folk magic' website.

Archaeoastronomy - the most vowels in a row of any English speaking websites name? Follow the passage of the heavens over the sacred landscape here.

Atlantis Bookshop  - Serving London's occult community since antedivulian times. Speaker and SELFS pal Geraldine Beskin runs the place now.

Austin Osman Spare – A good website dedicated to the art and texts of south-east London's own proto-chaos magician.

Barbelith - An intelligent counter-culture web forum, try the Temple for discussions on magic, neo-paganism and chaos magic.

Deoxyribonucleic Hyperdimension  -  Drugs, shamanism, the politics of ecstasy, ecology, and the evolution of consciousness. What more could you need to know about?

John Callow - Historian and writers specialising in seventeenth century history and witchcraft. He’s coming to SELFS in June.

Encyclopaedia of DiScOrDiA!  - It's an encyclopaedia. About Discordia.

Goodess Pages - "[D]evoted to the Great Goddess in all Her names", including a page for Tribe of Avalon, the open ritual group run by our own Jacqui Woo-War Smith. Didn't check out the poetry page so enter at your own risk.

HyperDiscordia, Confusion For A New Generation  - Hail Eris! How do you like them apples?

The Lebanon Circle - the online shop for those who "specialize in mentalism, mediumistic performance or just pure magic".

Lilith - a resource and picture gallery for the wicked step-mother of all humanity.

The Megalithic Portal - Vast and magnificent guide to sacred sites and track ways with a searchable map.

Oakleaf Circle - National Pagan resource and listings site.

The first known depiction of a witch flying on a broomstick from Martin le Franc's Champion des Dames, 1440.

I just really like this picture

Spring Equinox 2005 Ritual & gathering
at Hilly Fields Stone Circle, Brockley.
Paganarchy - Contacts and calendar for pagan activism.

Pagan Federation - They get a bit of stick, now and then, but they're well meaning, open-minded and not dogmatic like some groups, I'm glad they're there.

Pagan Federation London - A fantastic introduction to paganism in London and the best place to find out what's happening in "pagan London".

The Pagan Network - Formerly WiccaUK, it's a place for (mostly younger) witches to natter and plot. The bias is pleasingly political too.

Pentacle Magazine - An independent UK Pagan magazine with web forum and the like. Good stuff.

Robert Anton Wilson - The essential portal to all things Rob.
Stone Pages - Stone circles, sacred sites, and other old things.

Treadwell’s Bookshop - Deceptively well stocked occult bookshop that also hosts numerous events and courses. Well worth popping in. They often offer tea to browsers. We love tea and suspect that it is one of the true four elements of existence, along with wine, hula-hoops and cheese.

Halcyon Books in Greenwich is an ace local bookshop too, as is TLon Books in the Elephant and Castle.

Wicca Moon - occult shop and tarot readings in Eltham.

WitchVox - Vast, international pagan site with seperate sections for England, Scotland and Wales.
