This is confidential information on squad strategies and roles in the squad:-
MSgt.Stew
Stew is the main man in the 101st Red Platoon Squad 3, His role is to keep the squad running and arrange training times to suit all squadies and make sure they are all happy with their positions. His task is also to report any problems to Lt.Ultra_mk when ever one occurs which don't happen much in this well run squad.
Preferred Weapon : - Sniper rifle/grenade launcher
Position : - Rear Guard/Point Gunner
Tactics : - Stew likes to stand still usually covered by another member of the squad picking the enemy off from a distance he also likes capture and hold type scenario's.

Zx is second in command if stew aint there he takes over which can be quite fun as it imposses some new strategies and tactics from all as he has different ideas to Stew which is bad it allows for allot of fun. We all like a good change.
Preferred Weapon : - Sniper Rifle/Pulse Rifle
Position : - Left Flank
Tactics : - Unlike Stew Zx likes to not stand still as he believes this can cause casualties he likes to be on the move all the time if possible. Allot of the time you'll find Zx racking the kills up like nothing you ever seen as he can rip through entire squads in one run LOL.
Cpl.Jerminator
Jermy as i like to call him is the kind of guy you don't want to get in the way of if he has either a big gun or explosive in his hand as he'll blow the crap out of any enemy. He is my training partner so i am used to working with him and sharing tactics and ideas, if i have anyone watching my back it's Jermy he's a good team player and good to use to destroy an enemy fortification/stronghold.
Preferred Weapon : - Big gunz i.e.. Mini gun or Grenade Launcher
Position : - Right Flank
Tactics : - Not much to say he will cover your back if required but most of the time he's up in the front lines destroying the enemy barricades or just blowing the crap out of 'em.

I like to think of my self as a weaken er i take down the enemy from a distance as i am not to good in Close Quarters Battles. I am very accurate with the sniper rifle and usually get my target in 1 shot unless i'm close then it takes a few shots. I can cover anyone's back from our base while they charge the front lines.
Preferred Weapon : - Sniper Rifle
Position : - Point Gunner
Tactics : - I can run into an enemy trap and take a few down before my reinforcements arrive but usually i stand still at a distance and pick 'em off one by one. I also run round most of the time using the rifle as a pistol just using my knowledge of where it will hit and shooting.
