Orders

There are 2 ways to place your order:

1. Using the “Price List” make your choice, calculate the price on your own and 

email the  result of your decision by pressing the button “Submit”.

2. Download the file “orderform.xls” (106KB) and in Excel environment, fill in the form 

and enjoy  the automatic calculation.  

The final result you can fax to our Sales Department on (+44) 020 7252 5594  

or email it as an attached file.

Please, allow 3 working days for cheque clearance. After that your order  

will be forwarded immediately.  

 

Payment

Payment may be made by Cheque, Credit Card, Postal Order, Giro transfer or Transcash.             Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to Sound Selection Co. Ltd.

 

Handling Charge

For UK orders under £30 (excluding VAT and Delivery charges), £3.99 Handling charge

 will be levied. All orders over £30 are delivered FREE.  

 

Export

Fright & Insurance for all export orders is charged at cost.

The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary import licences.

 

Value Added Tax (VAT)

All prices quoted are in £ Sterling and are subject to Value Added Tax (currently 17.5%).

Goods EC based purchasers may be zero-rated provided that the Customer’s 

VAT registration number is indicated on the sales invoice and held the Customer’s records 

(The Destination System).  

 

Warranty

Sound Selection Co. Ltd. warrants that will, at its option, replace products supplied by 

the Company  in which under proper use defects appear, or repair the same, or refund

or credit the purchase price thereof, subject to the claim being made in writing 

within 12 months after despatch or collection.  

 

Returns

No goods can be returned to Sound Selection without its express consent. In the event of faulty or damaged products being received by the Customer, please phone Customer Service Department            on (+44) 020 7252 5594 during office hours to advise of the problem whereupon arrangements to             rectify will be made.

 

Copyright

Sound Selection have taken all reasonable steps in the course of business to ensure that the             products do not infringe any patent, design, trademark, copyright or any other rights of third parties.

Sound Selection Co. Ltd. own full copyright in respect of the products published in paper or                  electronic form. The reproduction, storage in a retrieval system, or transmission in any form or                    by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, in part or in whole, is prohibited without                Sound Selection’s prior consent.

 

Law

Any business transacted by Sound Selection Co. Ltd. Subject to foregoing conditions, 
shall be governed solely by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction 
of the English courts.
