Frank Pratt was Honoury Southern Region Treasurer from the Region's very beginning in 1973 until his death in 2000. In that time Frank had an immeasurable impact on the Region.

The Frank Pratt trophy is awarded for outstanding services to the Southern Region. It's recipient is determined by the Region Council.
