EUGENIA EMMA (JEAN) HARVEY (CARYTSAS)

Born: July 8, 1902 (Harvey Family Bible).

Information on Jean's family was obtained from her sister Jen's daughter Barbara. Althought Jean's middle name was spelled "Hemma" in the family bible, my grandmother, Caroline Harvey, assures me that this is because it had been spelt as it was pronounced by the family - with the addition of an "H" common to many Newfoundland dialects! Jean's husband, Frank, was from Greece. I hope the surname is spelt correctly. We believe John was their only child.
