Section A. To order single volumes only
Please tick the titles required, enter your name and address in Section C, and return the form with either a Sterling cheque (payable to the University of Keele) or an institutional order. The standard prices are £15 a volume in the UK, £20 overseas, both post free.

Section B. Regular orders
To place a regular order. Please tick here to receive all future volumes until further notice ....... Future volumes ordered in this way will be supplied at reduced prices to UK addresses (currently £10 a volume for individuals and £13.50 for institutions, both post free). Standard prices will apply to overseas purchasers. No advance payment is required with regular orders for future volumes; each volume will be sent to you automatically with an invoice as soon as it is published.

To order back volumes. If you have placed a regular order (by ticking above) you may also use this form to order back volumes by ticking any of the titles in Section A. Back volumes will be supplied (to UK customers with regular orders) at the reduced prices of (currently) £10 each for individuals and £13.50 for institutions, both post free. The standard prices stated in Section A will apply to back volumes ordered either by overseas purchasers or by customers without regular orders. For back volumes please enclose either a Sterling cheque (payable to the University of Keele) or an institutional order.
