A few of these were seen in a mangrove swamp on Pulau Ubin on 11 June 1998.
No photographs were taken.

These were seen on several days in June 1998 flying over Nim Gardens but no photographs were obtained.
Black-shouldered Kite
One probable sighting near Nim Gardens and another near Tampines Road.
They have definitely been seen sitting on tall trees and telegraph poles by the railway in Peninsular Malaysia.
