I hope you've enjoyed browsing around my PW-5 Smyk website. My interest in aviation goes much further than just this one type. I've been very interested in aviation since the mid 1970's. The interest became a passion when I moved to within 10 miles of London Heathrow airport in 1974. Since then I've traveled all over the place chasing aircraft, both civil and military, old and new. In 1995 I moved to Warsaw, Poland for two years and during this time I immersed myself into Polish Civil Aviation and aircraft built in Poland ( and thats many, many thousands of aircraft believe me ).
I currently maintain a Polish civil aircraft register since 1946, plus have built my own production listings for most post war Polish types. Gathering data and photos to support these two interests is now my primary aviation interest, however I still love to get up close to aircraft if a chance presents itself.
